This is a big week for you, Cancer, and you’re going to feel it in your spirit. The full moon has your ruler front and centre, lighting you up from the inside, and when that happens, you’re operating on a completely different frequency to everyone else around you. Your intuition is razor sharp, your emotional antennae are picking up everything, and rather than that feeling overwhelming, it’s your greatest asset.

The Full Moon falls in your home and family zone, and it’s squaring Jupiter, which is sitting right in your sign. There’s a real push-pull here between where you’ve come from and where you’re heading. Home and roots on one side, expansion and opportunity on the other. Less a tug-of-war, more like the two are feeding each other, and what comes up around your home or family situation could be the very thing that shoves you forward. Something pleasurable arrives, something opportune, allow it.

You experience the Full Moon more than any other sign; it’s tears with no obvious source, or a sort of wild elation. Track it if you can, journal it, because Cancer Moon patterns are revealing, and once you know yours, you can work with them rather than just being swept along.

The really interesting shift occurs on the third when Mercury trines Jupiter, and Mercury is in Sagittarius, which is about as straight-talking as it gets. You’re normally so careful with other people’s feelings that you end up editing yourself into silence, but not right now. 2026 begins and ends with a glow-up for you, Cancer! Jan 3 launches you out into the year ahead with a luminous supermoon in your sign. Then, on December 24, a second supermoon closes off the year for you. It’s rare and highly unusual to see both these full moons super-sized. And perfectly placed as bookends which hold together some of the most expansive and exciting stories you’ll experience this lifetime.

Open and Close the Year with a Self-Love Ritual

As the January supermoon shines its light back into your opposite sign of Capricorn, it opposes passionate and determined Mars – in full warrior for love armour in your 7^th. You may begin and end the year focussed on one particular duo, duet or double act. Or even that Situation Vacant in your life which needs filling. But no matter your actual relationship status, both these supermoons offer the perfect opportunity to open and close the year with a self-love ritual. One designed to let go of anything that stands between you and the relationship you need. Which is self-affirmating and also floods your being with self-love.

So, as the first supermoon appears craft your ritual intention and do include statements such as ‘I release what was only meant to bring me to this moment’. ‘I call back the parts of me which have been lost or stolen by giving away my power and love to the undeserving’. ‘I stand by my truth and live and love with grounded intention and all embracing passion’. Craft this in a way which chimes with your own situation and state of being. And then repeat it in December.

January is your yearly partnership peak. The ideal time to do some relationship gardening or else look to what you want to draw to you this year. Not only those partnership goals but in any other area. Jupiter remains with you until the end of June. Plus the stellium of planets (Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars) in your 7^th not only conjoin but oppose Jupiter across the first three weeks of the year. Look to Jan 8^th – Venus conjunct Mars, the 10^th – Sun opposition Jupiter, and then the 18^th – new Moon conjunct Mars, for new beginnings in partnerships. Or simply the emergence of surety and self-certainty when it comes to self-love and knowing what you need.

Saturn rules long term partnerships for you as it is the ruler of Capricorn and your 7^th. Your other planets of attraction, love and romance are Mars and Pluto as both rule Scorpio and your 5^th. Venus rules home and family as well as friends and goals as it rules Libra and your 4^th as well as Taurus and your 11^th. So, always pay attention to what these planets are doing as when they change signs they can impact on these areas. Especially when they are in ruling signs and/or houses.

Saturn and Neptune in Aries: The Only Way Is Up

The supermoon ritual is designed to put you back in touch with your core, your agency and where your True North lies. Travel continues to be highlighted for you. But do try to avoid July when Mercury is retrograde in your sign. And if money has been the hold-up to exploration, Jupiter’s move into your 2^nd house can free the purse strings or send you that bucket list bargain. Jupiter exits your 1^st for Leo and your high net worth 2^nd on June 30. July 29 could be your ‘luckiest’ day of 2026 when it comes to your money or something that cements your self-worth as the Sun meets Jupiter in Leo. Do set any plans in motion around increasing your income, managing your money, gaining anything from backing to followers or your search for love on this date.

Watch and wait for your results. For you, this could be a time when you have a more fulfilling, ‘rich list’ cycle of experiences and soul-boosting wins that may or may not always be about the money. Eclipses and the North Node in Aquarius

Last but by no means least, your final major transit of the year is the shift of the Nodes. The North Node moves from Pisces and your 9^th into Aquarius and your 8^th. The South from Virgo and your 3^rd into Leo and your 2^nd on July 27. With the shift of the Nodes comes a change in the eclipse axis. Eclipses are always important points of reset and destiny for you, Cancer. Whether they are solar or lunar eclipses, they always involve your ruler the Moon.

We always see two eclipses occur on the old eclipse axis (your 9th/3rd) before the new eclipse cycle is fully established. As a general rule, slow down in the 2-3 days before the eclipse. And if you can, avoid making big decisions or jumping to conclusions on an actual eclipse and across the days immediately after. Eclipses always conceal. They may stir up your emotions. But this is also a case of Intuition: Interrupted. Your inner GPS may be ‘off’. And you also need to remember that no matter how intense they are – feelings are NOT facts. Getting comfortable with being vulnerable and sharing them, will help you navigate eclipses and lead you back into the light. No matter how dark and concealing they may be.

The first eclipse of the year is a solar eclipse on the new axis. An Annular Solar Eclipse in Aquarius and your 8^th on Feb 17. The new moon in Aquarius also marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse. An Annular Eclipse is one which creates that ‘Ring of Fire’ effect around the Sun which we see in many eclipse photos. Something has that ‘ring of truth’ around it. But we don’t yet have the full picture around it. This eclipse occurs three days before the monumental meeting between Saturn and Neptune in your 10^th house. It is linked to your assets, your money, your status and even your partner. Changes are happening.

The second eclipse appears on the old axis with a Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo and your 3^rd on March 3. How does what you hear or are told make you feel, Cancer? Do you feel an odd disquiet in your body which tells you that you may have been served a redacted version of the truth? Or even gaslit? No matter what someone is telling you, if your body reacts in an unusual way, then you are strongly advised to question it or wait for further information. And do your own due diligence.

Eclipses always come in pairs. The next pair appear after your birthday season when the Sun has entered Leo. First we have the Total Solar Eclipse with the Leo new moon on Aug 12. This is a total blackout and complete cover up. In your money house do take care of your cash. Avoid spending and be especially vigilant and on the lookout for scammers. Also this may touch on something from the last eclipse in Virgo. Is someone attempting to erode your self-esteem? But disguising it as ‘being supportive’ or ‘constructive feedback’? Again, your body knows. You can’t fool it.

Eclipses are neither good nor bad. They are just evolutionary points for you. This one could usher in a new job, source of income or see you initiating what for many Cancerians is the ultimate way to earn your money – starting that home-based business.

The final eclipse on the old axis appears with the full Moon in Pisces on Aug 28^th. It opposes Mercury in Virgo and your 3^rd. In Mercury’s ruling sign. Resurrect those retro rules if travelling under this eclipse. And this is another date you should avoid travelling if you can. Again, question what you are told and look to your body again for what the truth may be. Single? That too good to be true hottie dropped into your DM’s? You might want to try a reverse image search before taking it further.

‘I remember who I am. And how I was destined to love’

Venus rules home and family as well as moving, buying, selling, renting and leasing property. Venus will retrograde across Oct/Nov this year. It begins its retrograde in Scorpio and your 5^th and returns to its ruling sign of Libra and your 4^th before heading direct again. Unless you have to move, pause those relocation plans, Cancer. And also any big renovations or redecoration schemes. You may not be happy with the result.

Enjoy your present home or where you are, by all means plan for the move, but wait until Venus is direct to initiate these. If you are single, due to the fact Venus began its retro in your house of attraction and romance, you should enjoy being with family or simply your own company for now. Keep in mind that although Jupiter is now in your 2^nd, its year long Summer of Love promise in this house includes partnerships as this house rules the people we can bank on or who enrich our lives.
